Project Summary
Formerly a gas station site, the property was optioned for purchase in 2012. After navigating Cupertino's challenge ridden entitlement process to acquire approval for 6 single family detached homes, the site was remediated to remove environmental soil contaminants left over from the property's prior use.
Five of the homes feature an innovative approach to live/work, detaching the workspace from the home where live/work was traditionally achieved vertically. The main units feature 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and meticulously designed floorpans inspired by California indoor/outdoor living. The sleek exteriors and site plan were created by Modative, a Los Angeles based architecture firm specializing in small lot subdivision design and forward thinking design. The project will be built out in September 2017.
