We optioned 11 acres on the north side of I-205 walking distance to a full range of restaurants and other commercial services including but not limited to Winco Foods and the 1,500,000 square foot Tracy Mall. We acquired entitlements for 300 garden style, walk up apartment units featuring modern architecture and a robust amenity package.
